Emma is a 20 year old singer, actress, and dancer who performs on stages throughout New England and New York. She currently attends New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. She's been acting in professional and community theater for years, playing roles like Violet in Violet, Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, Annie in Annie, Wendy in Peter Pan, and the Ghost of Christmas Past in A Christmas Carol. She has spent summers performing at the Maine State Music Theatre under the direction of Marc Robin and on NH seacoast stages, like Prescott Park and Seacoast Repertory. Other professional opportunities have included the Hanover Theater, North Shore Music Theatre, and Wheelock Family Theater.
A familiar face at major sporting events, Emma has become a frequent National Anthem soloist for the NHL, NBA, MLB, and MLS! In July 2012, 2013, 2015 she sang before crowds of 100,000 people at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway's nationally televised NASCAR Sprint Cup Race and Sylvania 300. In 2012 she met President Obama and was asked to sing the Anthem at a campaign event. In past summers, she's performed the Canadian Anthem at Gillette Stadium, Fenway Park, and the NH Motor Speedway. She has sung as a soloist three times at Madison Square Garden, and for the past five years, she's had the honor of singing for multiple Bruins, Celtics and Red Sox games.
In NYC, Emma performed in A Magical Broadway Christmas at the 777 Theatre. She shared the stage with many talented Broadway performers, as well as Tony Danza, Maddie Zeigler, and Kendall Vertes!
Emma plays the French horn, piano, guitar and ukelele. While in high school, she earned the top score in New Hampshire for Jazz All State. She was a high honor student, a member of the National Honor Society, and a soloist for her school's jazz ensemble (https://youtu.be/TJ9ls-9ToEs) under the direction of Grammy Award winning, Jared Cassedy. Most recently she was featured on NH Chronicle.
In preparation for college, Emma took part in the University of Michigan's Musical Theater program, MPulse. She is lucky to now be studying Drama at NYU with intense conservatory training at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting, currently with a strong focus on Shakespeare.
